Work Orders - Ability to Change Customer ID

Issue/Symptom/Question

We are unable to change the top record, Customer Id on a work order. When does PENTA prevent the change of a Customer Id in this window?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

PENTA does not allow changing of the Work Customer (in the top block of the screenshot) if a billing is in process, if a distribution has been made or, if the status of the Work Order is C or Z. 

"Billing in process" means the Work Order has been pulled into the Work Order/Maintenance Contract Billing window

"Distribution has been made" means a distribution has been made against the Work Order.

"Status of C or Z" means the Work Order's status is Complete(C) or Close Work Order(Z).
