Resolution/Fix/Answer

XOi jobs are created for Work Orders and Jobs that are on a technician's device in Mobile Field Service (MFS). When a technician performs a get data in MFS, Penta will check to see if there are any Work Orders or Jobs that do not have an XOi job associated with them and then creates the XOi job for that assignment. The assignment will be created for the XOi email that is associated with the technician's User ID in the USERS table. 


NOTE:  XOi jobs are created for each Work Order or Job visit when a get data is performed. For example, if a technician completes a ticket for a Work Order that ends with a status that has a Penta Associated Status code of Assigned, then a new XOi job will be created for that Work Order when a get data is performed.
