Issue/Symptom/Question

I ran the Service Work Order Summary Report for our current month-end (March) and Penta did not calculate revenue and there were no costs reflected on the report.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The report will pull in Cost and Revenue once Penta calculates Revenue Recognition. 

Penta will calculate revenue on a Work Order when there are no future-transactions (cost or billing). 

Cause

Future-dated cost posted on the work order.
