Work Orders not appearing on MFS application

After dispatching a few work orders, they are not available to the service technician on the MFS application

1. Ensure the technician is on the most current version of Mobile Field Service

If you are still having issues, please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

  • Technician User Id
  • List of Work Orders not appearing on device
  • Any relevant status code information for the work orders in question
