When I refresh one of my TEST environments from Production, will all of my Workbench panel and report setup, like my tabs, panels, and saved reports, be copied over to TEST?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The standard refresh process will not copy all your user specific workbench setups (tabs, panels, saved reports, etc) from PROD to the TEST environment.

If you'd like to include this as part of your database refresh, please specify when you submit your database refresh request.
