Issue/Symptom/Question
When a user attempts to run the Work Order Data Export report the window freezes and "Work Order Query Builder (Not Responding)" displays in the top of the window. How do we resolve?

PENTA → Inquiries → Service Management → Work Order Data Export → Work Order Query Builder
Resolution/Fix/Answer
Let the Work Order Query Builder process even though "Not Responding" is displayed. The time duration depends on the parameters set. The customer that experienced this issue attempted to pull data with a Work Complete Date Range of 01/01/2016 to 03/02/2018.
Cause
The more data that is exporting, the longer the generation of the report will take.
