Requesting a Database Refresh/Copy

We would like to have our TEST environment refreshed with a copy of our current PROD environment.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Please submit a Database Refresh Request via Service Desk.

1) Open Service Desk and click on "Penta Customer Support"

2) Click on "Database Refresh Request" and fill out all required fields.

Once the request is received, a representative from Tech Services will follow up to confirm the scheduled update.
