Jobs are marked as tax exempt but invoices are accruing tax

Environment

AP Invoice were accruing sales tax when charged to a job-based taxable Purchase Order.  

Accounts Payable/Invoices/Invoice and Credit Memo Entry/PO Distribution tab

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The Purchase Order being entered on the invoice was marked as taxable, so the invoice accrued tax

Cause 

Job was marked as non-taxable after the purchase Order (taxable) was entered, and the PO was not changed to non-taxable.
