PO Receiving not finding PO #
Issue/Symptom/Question
When entering a PO Receipt for a purchase order that I recently setup, PENTA is not finding the PO #, and is saying the PO # is invalid.

Purchasing > Purchase Order Grid Options
Purchasing > Receiving > Purchase Order Receiving
Resolution/Fix/Answer
1. Double check the the PO # that you are entering is the correct PO #, and ensure it does exist in the PO Grid Options window
2. Ensure the OU Id that is entered within the PO Receipt window matches up with the PO OU ID that is assigned to the Purchase Order in the Purchase Order Grid Option window
