Purchase Order PO Report not showing tax amount
Issue/Symptom/Question
We are setting up POs for the next fiscal year. The PO is marked as taxable but, the tax amount is not displayed on the report. How do we get the tax on the report?
- Setup PO with future Issue Date
- Enter PO line item with taxable amount
- Print Purchase Order Report

Resolution/Fix/Answer
Currently, Purchase Order Reports with future Issue Date does not return the tax amount in the report. Once the Issue Date is less than or equal to the current date, the tax amount will be returned.  Penta is aware of this issue and is working towards a resolution.  Please log a Service Desk Ticket and reference this article to be notified of the resolution when available.
