Can we create a purchase requisition without a distribution? (e.g. Job/Cost Type/Cost Code, OU, Work Order).

PENTA requires the entry of distribution information when creating a Purchasing Requisition

This must be one of the following:

• Job Id, Cost Type, Costcode
• Work Order Id, Work Order OU Id, Work Order Cost Type
• Fixed Asset Id, Expense Category #
• OU Id, GL Account #
• Product Id, Warehouse Id
