Why is the Recieve PO button grayed out in the Purchase Order Grid Options window?

Purchasing > Purchase Order Grid Option

System Management > Security > Define Users

Resolution/Fix/Answer

This could be due to one of two reasons:

1. If the PO is an inventory PO, this button is not allowed. Users must use the Purchase Order Receipts window
2. If the User does not have access
   1. Access can be granted in the Define Users window via Module Security
