As of the writing of this article, there are known issues with RemoteApp when the PENTA for Windows RemoteApp window is not maximized on the primary monitor or is moved to secondary monitors.

The most common symptom is popups (error messages such as a field is missing) are not visible and open up behind the main window.

Cause 

The issues with RemoteApp are related to compatibility issues and bugs with Microsoft RemoteApp.  Other products outside of Penta's have similiar issues.

Workaround 

Run PENTA for Windows maximized on your primary monitor. Â
