How can a Reimbursement be configured for a once a month amount?

Payroll > Setup > Deductions, Reimbursements, Other Compensation > Master Reimbursements
Resolution/Fix/Answer
By selecting a frequency of one of the following, the reimbursement will only process once a month
2 - Once Per Month - 1st Period
4 - Once Per Month - 3rd Period
