I want to replicate existing financial statement formats for use with additional OUs.

PENTA for Windows > Finance & Accounting > Setup > Financial Statement Formats

Resolution/Fix/Answer

1. Open the Financial Statement Formats window. 
2. Enter your new Statement Code and tab over to the Descr field.
3. Click the Copy From Another Statement button.
4. In the pop up window, enter the code or use the LOV to choose the financial statement you want to copy into the new Statement Code.
5. Close the window.
6. Your new Statement Code will populate with all of the setup from the Statement you copied. 
7. Update any field as desired (including OU selection, heading, and details on the Detail tab).
