RemoteApp Popup Window not showing up
Issue/Symptom/Question
One of our RemoteApp users is experiencing an issue periodically where when PfW displays a popup for a required field, sometimes they are not able to click on "OK" for the required field popup. It just won't let them click on it.

Project Management > Change Management > Change Requests
Resolution/Fix/Answer
If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this Article. Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:
- User Id of the user experiencing the issue
- Window/process where the problem exists
