PRP032 Error - Gross to Net Processing

Issue/Symptom/Question

User encountered an error while in the Gross to Net Processing window (screenshot below).

PRP032 -1422 ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.
ORA-06512: at "PENTA.PK_LCLTAXAUTH", line 54
ORA-06512: at "PENTA.PK_LCLTAXAUTH", line 504

Please let me know how to resolve.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

When this error is received, please contact your Penta representative to help identify which Local Taxing Authority is creating the error. Once the error is identified, a user with rights to update this information can change/delete the incorrect record.

Cause 

This error is received because there are more than one Operation # in the Calculation tab of the Local Taxing Authorities window.Â
