Project Manager Status Report process

Our Standard Invoice report and AIA report are not identical this month.  They have always been before.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The first time this process is run for your company, will pull in ALL cost plus calculations from all invoices from the beginning of your Penta setup through the date entered on the process screen.  If you have never run the PM Status report before, this may take a considerable amount of time to complete, and will possibly impact any custom or standard Crystal Invoice reports, because the process will include all of this history in your invoice Work

Calculates Cost Plus, Retention, and Dependent Line Item amounts on all OUs, all jobs and creates PM Status report table to be used to create custom reports.
