MFS app crashes when technician is typing and uses Auto-correct

iPad - iOs Auto-Correct Setting

Resolution/Fix/Answer

If the technician is typing in a word and the word has special characters, the iOS attempts to correct the word with the correct spelling which may include special characters. Special characters cause the app to crash. 

We advise all technicians utilizing the MFS application to make the following change on their device.

Go to Settings → General → Keyboard and slide the Auto Correction option to the Off position.
