Is there a way to lock a user or users from creating positive pay for confidential payroll?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

There is no setting that will block a user from creating a Payroll Positive Pay File that excludes confidential employees. The user who should be restricted from viewing confidential payroll should not have access to this window.
