PNC is very particular on how the direct Deposit File is in columns, how do I get the PENTA's direct deposit file to be formatted in columns

Create AP Direct Deposit File

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Save the direct deposit file from PENTA and then open in a Word document. Save the Word document as a .TXT file. The file will now show in columns.
