Issue/Symptom/Question

When attempting to log into the Web Version of PENTA, the User is not able to, however, logging into PENTA for Windows works and indicates the password is expired.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

An expired password User cannot log into PENTA Web.  Penta Technologies is aware of and reviewing this issue.

In the interim, the User's password should be reset in Define Users. See Updating/changing PENTA password for info on how to perform the reset.
Once reset, the Username and Password will complete the login on the Web.
