• How do I get my invoice to print in AIA format?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

First make sure you have followed the invoice process to be able to generate the AIA Invoice Crystal Report

1. Contract Completion Purposes window- Enter amounts to bill
2. Calculate the Invoice
3. Prepare the Invoice for Printing
4. Generate the AIA - Line Item Job OR AIA - Invoice Job crystal report located in the Crystal Report folder
