Issue/Symptom/Question

I am running the non-AIA Crystal job invoice and am expecting data on the invoice but the document is blank after it generates..

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The invoice is blank for a number of reasons:

1. You entered incorrect selection criteria when you generated the report,
2. The job is currently not in an open invoice process, and/or
3. You haven't yet processed the job through the 'Prepare Invoices for Printing' step in the current invoicing process.
