Yes. Each individual panel on the Workbench has its own Help guide. To access them:

1. Click the cog wheel in the upper right-hand corner of the panel and select 'Help' from the drop down menu
    

2. The panel help guide provides an explanation of the panel report, prerequisites, and panel content
