How can I change the default report parameters on the Certified Payroll reports for the 'Print Address?' and 'Print last 4 digits of Tax ID?' selection parameters so the default values are Y instead of N.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Use the Report Versions window to create a new version of the standard report and pre-define selection criteria for the report version under the 'Sort and Select Info' tab.

The example below shows the assignment of account 1001 as a default selection when generating the AP Detail Aging report.
