I am wanting to pull the huge list of payables in PENTA and then be able to export them to excel or download them in excel. Is this possible?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Utilize the AP: Aging Chart panel on the Workbench for an easy way to extract open AP balances to Excel. You can generate accounts payable aging reports for all payables or you can limit your extract to those payables that fall into one of the aging columns (Current, 31-60, 61-90, Over 90).
