AP Aging
Overview:
The AP Aging Chart is used to view the liabilities that are 'X' Days old. By default, the chart has the following buckets that can be drilled into separately or all details in one report:
- 0-30
- 30-60
- 60-90
- >90
- Total
- Retention
Benefits:
- Age by Due Date or Invoice Date
- Create custom date range buckets to see what is 7 days old, 15 days old, 30 days old, etc. (30 days is default)
- Export Data to Excel, if desired
Roles:
- Accounting Manager/Controller
- CFO
