Windows user is signed into a temporary account

For use when a specific user is being signed into a temporary account within the RDS environment.

Open

• Log into the file server

• Launch file explorer and navigate to the User Profile Disks folder

• Launch Sidder as administrator

  • In Sidder, sort by username and make note of the last 4 digits of the UVHD associated with the account

• Launch Computer Management and go to System Tools > Shared Folders > Open Files

  • Find the UVHD file that is associated with the username found in Sidder and right click to close open files

• Have the user log back in and test
