User got disconnected from network and now can't login to remote desktop

Issue/Symptom/Question

  • User got disconnected from the network when trying to login to the remote desktop
  • It appears the user gets connected but then it will go directly to signing out and hangs there for a little bit then disconnects

  • Remote Desktop server
