Auto update of Labor Pricing Schedule when Maintenance Contract related Work Order is set up
Issue/Symptom/Question
When there is a maintenance contract in Penta under a customer, it does not override the labor pricing schedule to be set as contract rates automatically. Is this something we can have change automatically when a maintenance contract is applied to a customer account or does someone always have to go in and manually change the labor schedule to reflect this?

Once you add the Contract Id to the Master Information, in the Work Order Information window, the Pricing Schedules are pulled in from the Maintenance Contract window. For an already created work order, once you enter the maintenance contract reference, the pricing schedules will be updated.
