EQ: Fixed Assets/Equip by Disposal Date All Depreciation Report, accessible from the EQ: Equipment/Asset Reporting Center, provides a list of assets that have been disposed for a specific time period. The listing includes all depreciation bases set up for the fixed asset.
Use this report to identify assets disposed of during a specified date range. This may be necessary during the period closing process or for a year end audit.
This report’s available columns include asset value before and after (in the case of a partial disposal) the disposal, accumulated depreciation value before and after the disposal, Sale price and gain/loss on disposal.
This report provides disposal information as of the date range defined by the “Begin Date” and “End Date.” To view this report, click the Fixed Assets/Equipment by Disposal Date All Depreciation link. .Click the Columns tab to see a list of available fields on this report.
To save a version of this report, click either Save or Save as Company Report.
Users can enter the following parameters to filter the returned data:
