Employee set up wrong and has time in PENTA already
Issue/Symptom/Question
- Employee was setup with the wrong Employee Id
- Time has been charged for the Employee
- Can we get this changed?

- Payroll >Employees > Employee Information
- Payroll > Time Entry > Time/Equipment/Production entry window
Resolution/Fix/Answer
- You will be able to move the time without getting a developer involved
- Enter a timecard for the Employee who was set up wrong with negative hours with the same distribution as the original timecard
- Distribute the timecard
- Navigate to the Employee Information window and change the Employee Id that should not be in the system to inactive
- Re-enter the timecard to the correct Employee Id
