When interfacing an employee file I receive the following error:

IFP002 Function check_emp_stat_sync()

Current status does not match status for employee #####

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The error is being returned when the interface checks the employee's last status code in PENTA with the status code in the interface to make sure they're in sync. Make sure there aren't any users updating these employees at the same time you're running this interface process.

Cause

Penta user updating employee status history while employee interface processing is going on.
