Distributing Inventory Transfer Interface

Issue/Symptom/Question

  • Inventory Interface completed successfully
  • What window do I distribute my inventory interface?

Applies To

  • Inventory Transfer Interface loaded with Status of C (Complete)
  • Inventory>Warehouse Transactions>Material Transfer
  • Inventory Sub ledger Report

Resolution/Fix/Answer

  1. Navigate to the Inventory Transfer window
  2. Click Query twice
  3. The batch that was loaded should appear
  4. Confirm the batch is the data that was loaded
  5. Exit the window and the batch should distribute
  6. Verify by running the Inventory Sub ledger Report or Warehouse Transaction Register
