Is there a way to tell if someone has logged in to the Customer Portal?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

If a user was created, an email gets sent to them asking them to verify and create a password. 

We could potentially check to see if a password has been created. If no password created, then we know for sure they haven't logged in yet. Other than that, there isn't a way to check to see if they've logged in or not

This would be done by running SQL against the User_Acct table
