When I try to run a Crystal Report I receive the following error message: Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: Database Vendor Code: 20011

Resolution/Fix/Answer

This error can occur under the following circumstances:

1. You are using your Windows Login ID to log into PENTA for Windows
2. And, the password for your PENTA for Windows User ID has expired.

To resolve this error, login to PENTA for Windows with your PENTA for Windows User ID and update your password.
