Is it possible to automatically default the employee Id to the 'Issued By - Emp Id' field on the Status/Other Info tab in the Subcontract Information window?

Environment

PENTA for Windows

Subcontract Information (Project Management>Committed Costs>Subcontract Information)

Resolution/Fix/Answer

• Currently this field does not default automatically, even if an Employee Id is linked to the users PENTA user.
• The Subcontract Information window allows for users to track who issued the subcontract, and who ultimately approved the subcontract.
• Both fields are optional
• Many times the user updating the status is not the issuer or approver of the Subcontract, therefore, these fields must be selected manually
