How do we turn off payroll auto numbering for employees?

System Option 17
Resolution/Fix/Answer
Employee ID creation is controlled by System Option 17.
To turn off auto-assignment of employee IDs the option would need to change from "1" to "N".
Please contact your PENTA representative if you are interested in changing this setting.
