Unable to log into OnBase
Issue/Symptom/Question
I created a user and they can log into the RDP of Penta just fine and the Penta application itself, but they cannot log into OnBase. Below is the error message the user receives when attempting to log in to OnBase.
Login failed. Either the credentials were incorrect or the specified account is locked.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
Please verify the following:
- Validate the username that is entered in OnBase is the same username that is used to log into PENTA
- Validate the password that is entered in OnBase is the same password that is used to log into PENTA
- Make sure the database drop down in the OnBase login screen is set to the same database that you are able to log into PENTA in
- Ask your internal system administrator to make sure the PENTA user account is not locked. If it is locked, the system administrator can reset the password in the Define Users window (System Management>Security>Define Users)

- Database (PROD, TEST, or TRAIN)
- User Id
- Password
