How can I track On Call time for service technicians?

Resolution/Fix/Answer
Step 1: Enter on call hours for a service technician
- Option 1: Using the dispatch board
- Locate a Service Technician, click on the menu icon (3 dots), select 'Place on Call'
- Enter the date range the employee is on call and click Add
- Locate a Service Technician, click on the menu icon (3 dots), select 'Place on Call'
- Option 2:
- Navigate to Service Management > Scheduling > On Call Schedule
- Enter the date range the employee is on call
Regardless of how On Call time is entered, it will now be displayed on the dispatch board
