How can I track On Call time for service technicians?

Service Management > Scheduling > Service Dispatch - Task Based (Web)

Service Management > Scheduling > On Call Schedule 

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Step 1: Enter on call hours for a service technician

  • Option 1: Using the dispatch board
    • Locate a Service Technician, click on the menu icon (3 dots), select 'Place on Call'

    • Enter the date range the employee is on call and click Add

  • Option 2: 
    • Navigate to Service Management > Scheduling > On Call Schedule
    • Enter the date range the employee is on call


Regardless of how On Call time is entered, it will now be displayed on the dispatch board
