Unable to log into Mobile Field Service
Issue/Symptom/Question
When attempting to log into Mobile Field Service on a different iPad, I am receiving the below error message.
Error
You are currently registered on a different device. You or your administrator must unregister you from that device before you can log into this device.

Define Users (System Management>Security>Define Users)
Resolution/Fix/Answer
When this message is displayed, it means the technicians username is still associated with a different device/iPad. To unregister the old device so you can log into the new device, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the Define Users window
- Query back the Technician's User Id
- Click on the Mobile Tab
- Click on Device by Application
- Click the Clear Device Association button. After all devices are no longer displayed. you can close the window
- The technician can now log into the new device
