Unable to query back any Pay Groups.
Issue/Symptom/Question
I am currently unable to query any Pay Groups back in the "Pay Groups" window.
Applies To
Pay Groups Screen
Payroll> Setup> Pay Groups, Payroll Classes and Workers Compensation
Define Users Screen
System Management> Security> Define Users
Resolution/Fix/Answer
If you cannot access any records from the Pay Group screen, it could potentially be a problem with your User Security.
To change Pay Group security access:
- Navigate to the Define User screen
- Query back the User in question
- Navigate to the Pay Groups Tab
- Change the "All Pay Group Code" to A
Note: If you do not have access to the Define User screen, request the person at your organization in charge of Penta security perform these steps
If the above does not solve your problem, please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article. Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:
- The Id of the User who attempted to access the Pay Group screen.
