Resolution/Fix/Answer

The following User Security is applied to the Labor & Distribution report:

1) OU

• Limits the list of OU values available in panel parameters

• Limits the data returned by Workbench reports to OUs for which you are authorized

2) Job

• Limits the list of job values available in panel parameters

• Limits the data returned by Workbench reports to jobs for which you are authorized

3) Pay Group

• Limits the employees and Pay Group values available in panel parameters

• Limits the data returned by Workbench reports to employees in Pay Groups for which you are authorized

4) Payroll Access Level

• Determines which payroll information the User can view through PENTA reports, Workbench, and windows within Project Management and Payroll

• 0 (No Access) - The User cannot view pay rate and salary information for all employees

• 1 (Access Non-Confidential Only) - The User can only view pay rate and salary information for non-confidential employees

• 2 (Complete Access) - The User can view pay rate and salary information for all employees
