• We forgot to check the box on a Prevailing wage Job. 
• We had an employee work that had time put on the job last week
• If we were to check the Prevailing Wage box on the job will it go back and update the job with the correct wages for the Employee

Resolution/Fix/Answer

• No, this employees time will need to have a manual timecard adjustment
• The only situation where PENTA goes back to correct pay amounts, is on an employees pay class/pay rate amounts when the effective date is changed and run a Retro Pay Process. PENTA will not compare pay rates with prevailing wage rates if there was no change in the Employee's pay rate information
