After setting up payroll taxes, I incorrectly assigned the wrong effective date, how can I change this?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

PENTA will not allow updates to the effective date field to maintain an audit trail of payroll tax calculations. If an effective date was setup incorrectly, you will need to insert a new record to the window, and add the correct effective date.
