Issue/Symptom/Question
While attempting to log into a remote desktop server to access PENTA, a user is running into the below error message.
This computer can't connect to the remote computer.
The two computers couldn't connect in the amount of time allotted. Try connecting again. If this problem continues, contact your network administrator or technical support.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
Steps to resolve this issue:
- Clear Remote Desktop Cache
- Check and install all updates on the computer to help improve stability
- Check the network domain and see if the user has permissions to the Server.
