Unable to find Jobs in TEP

Issue/Symptom/Question

When creating a new Crew Activity Log, a user is unable to search or find jobs. Why?

TEP Application

System Management > Security > Define Users

Project Management > Jobs > Job Information

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Ensure the User has proper Job Authorization. If the TEP user does not have access to Jobs in PENTA, they will not be authorized to view jobs in the TEP application.

Job Authorization can be updated in the Job Information window or Define Users window
