The button for submit is not accessible.  Why can't I submit my etime timesheet?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

This occurs due to errors, like a record started for a day and not completed.

Click on the Total column to see all time entries and check for a red exclamation point, which indicates an error.  Fix or delete the time entry and the Submit button will be enabled.
