System Option 327

Resolution/Fix/Answer

PENTA System Option 327 will automatically close work orders with a status of Work Complete to Complete after a set number of days. 

Extended Description: During revenue recognition, close work orders that have had a status of Work Complete for the specified number of days and are associated with a Fixed Price Maintenance Contract, provided that they do not have billable costs. When the specified number of days is less than or equal to zero, this functionality is disabled.
